Dan is the Managing Director and has worked in Groundworks since leaving school at 16.
He collaborates with both new and existing clients to identify and secure tender opportunities.
Additionally, Dan coordinates with external Health & Safety and compliance consultants to ensure KSG consistently delivers high-quality products and services while maintaining the highest industry standards.
Mark works closely with all of our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure we are securing and in turn offering resources at the best rates.
He also works alongside Shane to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and within budget and program.
Shane takes care of the day to day running of Operations and the delivery of our projects.
He provides the essential link between the commercial team and the supervisors on site to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
Shane has been directly involved in Groundworks for 21 years and has overseen the delivery of projects up to £14million in value.
